Heather Anguiano, LPN
Director of Health Services
I was born in Michigan and moved to Central Florida at the age of 12. I settled in Ocala in 2002 and began my nursing career in 2003. I graduated from Central Florida Community College (now known as College of Central Florida) with honors. In the years that followed, I have worked in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, doctors’ offices, home health, and, most recently, assisted living.
I became a part of the Paddock Ridge team prior to the time our first resident moved in. I have felt like an integral part of the community and enjoyed watching it grow. I assisted the former Director of Health Services and began to learn what the job entails. Working directly with the residents and staff has allowed me to build meaningful relationships with them. I am proud of the nursing department that has been assembled and look forward to seeing what the future holds. I plan to ensure our residents receive the best care possible and hope I have found my “forever work home.”
